Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Developing & implementing purchasing strategies
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and Organization Partnership
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Procure parts and materials at negotiated rates
  • Preparation of comparative cost estimation with the help of proposals collected
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and
    specifications.
  • Examine and test existing contract
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specification and expectation of company
  • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
  • Expects unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Control spend and build a culture of long term saving on procurement costs

Qualification:

Diploma  / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer

Exp: Minimum 15 years & above

Candidates with prior experience in EPC Company will only be considered
